The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) is conducted for the recruitment of eligible candidates for the teaching post in the government schools. This examination is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) and it is conducted in two levels. The REET Mains exam pattern consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for those candidates who want to apply for classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for those who want to apply for classes 6 to 8. Check out the pattern followed:
- Totally 150 multiple choice questions
- Each question carries 2 marks, totalling 300 marks.
- Negative marks for a wrong attempt is ⅓ rd of 2 marks.
- Total duration of the examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- One question paper for each level.
